(a) There is created and established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Community Correction Revolving Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(31) and fees and sanctions levied by the courts or authorized by the Board of Corrections for participation in specified programs to be paid by offenders on community correction, there to be used for continuation and expansion of community correction programs as established and approved by the board and as may be provided by law.
