The Public Service Commission Utility Safety Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (100), there to be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement of the Office of Pipeline Safety of the Arkansas Public Service Commission in exercising the powers, functions, and duties as set out in the Arkansas Natural Gas Pipeline Safety Act of 1971, § 23-15-201 et seq. Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; 1979, No. 1027, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13.
