Liquefied Petroleum Gas Fund

The Liquefied Petroleum Gas Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(32) , there to be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement required by the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board in carrying out the functions, powers, and duties as set out in the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board Act, § 15-75-101 et seq., or other duties imposed by law upon the board. Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; 1983, No. 222, § 5; 1985, No. 65, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13.
