Arkansas Military War Veterans Monument Fund

(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Arkansas Military War Veterans Monument Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of gifts, grants, and donations from individuals and organizations, there to be used exclusively for constructing and erecting a military war veterans monument as set out in § 22-3-219 . Acts 1993, No. 1073, § 11.
