(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Insurance Continuing Education Trust Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of certification filing fees as provided in § 23-64-306 , there to be used for administering continuing education provisions for insurance agents, solicitors, consultants, and brokers as set out in § 23-64-301 et seq. Acts 1991, No. 1135, § 10.
