State Library Revolving Fund

(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "State Library Revolving Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of moneys collected from payments for lost books, use of copy machines, charges for database searches, and other miscellaneous sources. The fund shall be used to replace lost books, pay copy machine costs, and for such other purposes as authorized by law. Acts 1983, No. 364, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-523.8.
