Public Facilities Debt Service Fund

(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the "Public Facilities Debt Service Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of those revenues as specified in the Public Facilities Finance Act of 1983, § 22-3-1201 et seq., and shall be used for the purposes as set out in the Public Facilities Finance Act of 1983, § 22-3-1201 et seq. Acts 1973, No. 750, § 8; 1985, No. 888, § 12; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-531.
