(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the "Death and Permanent Total Disability Trust Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of the revenues provided by §§ 11-9-101 - 11-9-105 , 11-9-107 - 11-9-112 , 11-9-401 - 11-9-403 , 11-9-409 , 11-9-501 - 11-9-529 , 11-9-601 - 11-9-603 , 11-9-701 , 11-9-702 , 11-9-704 - 11-9-716 , and 11-9-801 - 11-9-811 , and shall be used for the purposes as set out in §§ 11-9-101 - 11-9-105 , 11-9-107 - 11-9-112 , 11-9-401 - 11-9-403 , 11-9-409 , 11-9-501 - 11-9-529 , 11-9-601 - 11-9-603 , 11-9-701 , 11-9-702 , 11-9-704 - 11-9-716 , and 11-9-801 - 11-9-811 .
