Work release centers

The Community Correction Revolving Fund is authorized to borrow from the Budget Stabilization Trust Fund for the establishment of new work release centers for the Division of Correction. These loans shall be repaid by the end of the fiscal year in which the loans are made. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 985, eff. 7/1/2019. Acts 1983, No. 499, § 24; 1995, No. 1296, § 72.
