(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the "Public Safety Equipment Grant Program Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of: (1) General revenues authorized by law; (2) Moneys obtained from private grants or other sources that are designated to be credited to the fund; and (3) Any other revenues authorized by law. (c) The fund shall be used by the Secretary of the Department of Public Safety as provided in § 12-1-103 . Added by Act 2021, No. 786,§ 3, eff. 4/20/2021.
