Fire Protection Licensing Fund

(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the "Fire Protection Licensing Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of: (1) All funds provided by law for the fund; and (2) Examination and renewal fees charged pursuant to § 20-22-610 . (c) The fund shall be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement as required by the Arkansas Fire Protection Licensing Board in carrying out the powers, functions, and duties as set out in § 20-22-601 et seq.
