Drug Prevention and Intervention Program Fund

(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Drug Prevention and Intervention Program Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of such revenues authorized by law. (c) The fund shall be used by the Department of Health to fund drug prevention and intervention activities. Acts 2003, No. 1672, § 4.
