(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the "Lottery Trust Fund". (b) The Lottery Trust Fund shall consist of funds transferred from the Budget Stabilization Trust Fund. (c) The Lottery Trust Fund shall also consist of other moneys as may be authorized by law. (d) The Lottery Trust Fund shall be used for personal services and operating expenses associated with the Office of the Arkansas Lottery. Amended by Act 2015, No. 218,§ 19, eff. 2/26/2015.
