Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Trust Fund

(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Trust Fund". (b) (1) The fund shall consist of those federal funds received through a grant award under the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grants Program. (2) The fund shall be used to provide funds to state and local units of government to establish a coordinated enforcement plan for reducing juvenile crime developed by a Juvenile Crime Enforcement Coalition, as administered by the Division of Youth Services of the Department of Human Services.
