Breast Cancer Research Fund

(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Breast Cancer Research Fund". (b) (1) The fund shall consist of twenty percent (20%) of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (192), that portion of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (201), and those general revenues as may be provided by law. (2) The fund shall be used exclusively for those purposes as set out in § 20-15-1303 . Acts 1999, No. 1463, § 27; 2007, No. 1032, § 27; 2007, No. 1201, § 27.
