(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Waterworks Operators Licensing Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of fines collected under § 17-51-102 , there to be used to defray the costs of administering § 17-51-101 et seq. Acts 1997, No. 1248, § 26.
