District Court Judge and District Court Clerk Education Fund

(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "District Court Judge and District Court Clerk Education Fund". (b) The District Court Judge and District Court Clerk Education Fund shall consist of those moneys transferred or deposited from the State Administration of Justice Fund, there to be used for providing continuing education opportunities within the State of Arkansas to district court judges and district court clerks.
