Major Industry Facilities Incentive Fund

(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Major Industry Facilities Incentive Fund". (b) The Major Industry Facilities Incentive Fund shall consist of those moneys transferred from the General Revenue Fund Account of the State Apportionment Fund, there to be used for making payments to state agencies or political subdivisions as set out in the Major Industry Facilities Incentive Act, § 15-4-1801 et seq. Acts 1995, No. 1163, § 27.
