(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Rural Fire Protection Revolving Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of such general revenues as may be provided by law and any other funds made available thereto by § 14-284-301 et seq. (c) The fund shall be used for the purposes set out in § 14-284-305 . Acts 1973, No. 750, § 7; 1979, No. 1013, § 5; 1979, No. 1115, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-523.
