Geological publications income

Charges, income, receipts, or revenue derived from the sale of publications by the Office of the State Geologist shall be deposited into the State Treasury as a refund to expenditures. Amended by Act 2023, No. 697,§ 15, eff. 7/1/2023. Acts 1971, No. 585, § 19; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-549.
