Awards from State Claims Commission

(a) In the event a state employee is awarded a claim by the Arkansas State Claims Commission for wages or salaries for personal services rendered for a state agency, such award shall be processed through the state mechanized payroll system. (b) The award shall be paid from the regular salaries and personal services matching appropriation from which the employee is normally paid. Acts 1995, No. 176, § 1.
