Completion of contracts

Upon completion of each contract awarded for the fulfillment of a project authorized by the General Assembly: (1) The affected state agency shall notify the Department of Finance and Administration of the culmination of the contract; (2) No further expenditures or obligations will be incurred; and (3) The unexpended and unobligated funds shall be impounded.
