(a) The Director of the Arkansas State Claims Commission shall be designated by the Arkansas State Claims Commission and shall serve as both the Executive Secretary for the Arkansas State Claims Commission and the Clerk of the Arkansas State Claims Commission. (b) The commission may appoint other personnel as may be necessary to effectuate the operations of the commission and as may be authorized by biennial appropriation of the General Assembly.
