State employee not to represent claimant

The following shall not appear before the Arkansas State Claims Commission or the Workers' Compensation Commission as an attorney or representative for a claimant in the presentation or prosecution of a claim filed under this chapter: (1) A full-time employee of: (A) The State of Arkansas; or (B) A state agency; or (2) A member of a state agency.
