(a) In all cases in which no other provision is made, the judgment, if for the plaintiff, shall be for the recovery of the possession of the premises and the damages and costs. (b) If judgment should be rendered against the defendant, the judgment shall be for the recovery of the premises, and a writ of inquiry shall be awarded to assess the damages. Rev.
