Sale for storage charges

(a) Any person, firm, or corporation having a lien under the provisions of this subchapter and retaining possession of the motor vehicle by virtue of the lien thereon for storage charges shall have the right to sell it for the satisfaction of the debt for which the motor vehicle was held. (b) The sale may be made in the manner now provided for sale of other personal property under the provisions of §§ 18-45-204 and 18-45-205 .
