Failure to pay or deposit

In all cases in which the company shall not pay or deposit the amount of damages assessed within thirty (30) days after the assessment the company shall forfeit all rights in the premises. Acts 1873, No. 123, § 7, p. 290; C. & M. Dig., § 4002; Pope's Dig., §§ 5004; A.S.A. 1947, § 35-206.
