(a) Notwithstanding the obligations imposed on other persons by this chapter, the developer shall supervise, manage, and control the aspects of the offering of a time-share plan, including the promotion, advertising, contracting, and closing. (b) A violation of this section during the offering is a violation by the developer and the person that committed the violation. Added by Act 2013, No. 710,§ 3, eff. 8/16/2013.
