Definition and applicability

(a) The term "real estate" as used in this act shall be construed as co-extensive in meaning with "lands, tenements, and hereditaments" and as embracing all chattels real. (b) This act shall not be construed so as to embrace last wills and testaments. Rev. Stat., ch. 31, §§ 7, 8; C. & M. Dig., §§ 1501, 1502; Pope's Dig., §§ 1810, 1811; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 50-409, 50-410.
