(a) The Arkansas Psychology Board is the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact administrator for this state. (b) The board may adopt rules that are consistent with the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact necessary to implement this subchapter. (c) The board is not required to adopt the rules of the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Commission for those rules to be effective in this state.
