(a) The Arkansas Psychology Board may establish various fees and penalties for services related to provision of temporary permits, printed materials, handling returned checks, costs incurred in processing delinquent payments, and other reasonable services as may be determined by the board and the Department of Health is authorized to collect such fees and penalties. (b) These fees, along with other cash funds made available to the board, shall be used to supplement the board with adequate income to provide for the efficient and necessary operation of the board.
