(a) The Arkansas Psychology Board shall meet and organize by electing a chair, a secretary, and a treasurer. (b) The board shall hold at least one (1) regular meeting each year. Called meetings may be held at the discretion of the Chair of the Arkansas Psychology Board or at the written request of any two (2) members of the board. (c) A majority of the members of the board shall at all times constitute a quorum. (d) The board shall adopt a seal which shall be affixed to all certificates issued by the board.
