(a) The Arkansas Board of Podiatric Medicine is empowered to incur whatever expenses the board may deem necessary or expedient in performing the board's functions. (b) Each member of the board may receive expense reimbursement and stipends in accordance with § 25-16-901 et seq. (c) All of the disbursements provided for in this section shall be made out of the fees and fines collected by the board. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4902, eff. 7/1/2019.
