(a) Upon notification from the Arkansas State Medical Board, an individual who holds a license as a graduate registered physician in this state shall renew the license by: (1) Submitting the appropriate fee as determined by the board; (2) Completing the appropriate renewal forms; (3) Submitting verification of actual practice under a physician-drafted protocol during the immediately preceding licensure period; and (4) Meeting other requirements set by the board. (b) The board shall determine the renewal period. Added by Act 2015, No. 929,§ 1, eff. 7/22/2015.
