Hospital pharmaceutical permit

Any hospital pharmacy holding a hospital pharmaceutical permit issued by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy pursuant to § 17-92-403 on March 28, 1975, shall be deemed to be licensed pursuant to this subchapter until the permit shall expire. Acts 1975, No. 659, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-1058.
