Any person whose certificate of licensure, license, or permit has been revoked by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy as provided in this chapter may appeal from the action of the board pursuant to the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq. Acts 1939, No. 120, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-1029; Acts 1991, No. 740, § 13.
