(a) The Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy shall be fully advised respecting the eligibility and qualifications of all persons whom the board admits to the examination and to whom the board grants licensure. (b) For this purpose the board shall secure the services of the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy and the Arkansas Pharmacists Association and shall pay for such service as the board may determine, but not to exceed one dollar ($1.00) of each renewal fee annually paid.
