Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to require internet pharmacies to: (1) Make certain disclosures on their internet sites; (2) List the principals, pharmacists, and physicians associated with the internet sites; and (3) Include amending licensing requirements for pharmacists and physicians to address prescribing and dispensing medication via the internet.
