Financial reporting - Disposition of funds

(a) The Arkansas Board of Dispensing Opticians shall report quarterly to the Department of Finance and Administration the source of all revenue received by it pursuant to this chapter during the preceding quarter. (b) All appropriate expenses incurred by the board in the administration of the provisions of this chapter shall be paid when vouchers relating to the expenses are exhibited as having been approved by the board. (c) There is created the Board of Dispensing Opticians Fund on the books of the Treasurer of State. All moneys collected by the board shall be deposited as special revenues to the credit of that fund. Acts 1981, No. 589, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-2105.
