Designated facilities

(a) The Arkansas State Board of Nursing shall designate the types of facilities that may use medication assistive persons. (b) (1) Designated facilities may not be required to use medication assistive persons. (2) However, if a designated facility elects to use medication assistive personnel, the facility shall notify the board in a manner prescribed by the board. Acts 2005, No. 1423, § 4.
