(a) An advanced practice registered nurse or a registered nurse practitioner may enter into a direct reimbursement agreement with the agency administering the Arkansas Medicaid Program. (b) The agency administering the Arkansas Medicaid Program shall not discriminate against practitioners providing covered services within the scope of their practice based on the type of practitioner.
