Disposition of funds - Compensation of members

(a) (1) Fees collected by the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers shall be used to pay expenses in administering this chapter. (2) All moneys shall be received, disbursed, and accounted for by the Secretary-treasurer of the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers or a person designated by the board who shall be bonded at the expense of the board. (3) All moneys not expended by the board to pay expenses in administering this chapter shall be retained by the board from year to year to be expended for the purposes expressed in this chapter. (b) Each member of the board may receive expense reimbursement and stipends in accordance with § 25-16-901 et seq.
