Beginning July 4, 1990, no individual shall practice or offer to practice dietetics within the meaning of this chapter unless he or she is duly licensed or is a student under the provisions of this chapter or is otherwise entitled under § 17-83-104 or § 17-83-302 . Acts 1989, No. 392, § 6.
