(a) Violations of this chapter shall constitute Class A misdemeanors. (b) (1) The Arkansas Dietetics Licensing Board shall assist the prosecuting attorney in the enforcement of this chapter. (2) Any member of the board may present evidence of a violation to the appropriate prosecuting attorney. Acts 1989, No. 392, § 17.
