(a) The Arkansas State Board of Chiropractic Examiners is authorized to conduct an orientation class for all new licensees. (b) The board is authorized to include in the orientation class instruction relating to office procedures, the filing of insurance claims, and such other matters as the board may deem necessary or appropriate to equip new licensees to establish and maintain a practice and to effectively and efficiently operate and manage their offices and other facilities related to their practice of chiropractic practice.
