(a) The Director of the Arkansas State Board of Chiropractic Examiners shall keep a record of the minutes of the meetings of the Arkansas State Board of Chiropractic Examiners and a record of the names of all persons making application for license under the provisions of this chapter together with a record of the action of the board thereon. (b) The director shall also keep a roll of the names of all licensed and deceased chiropractors who have been licensed to practice in the State of Arkansas. (c) The record shall at all reasonable times be open for public inspection. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4867, eff. 7/1/2019.
