This chapter does not apply to: (1) A licensing entity that does not license individual workers for which there is an apprenticeship program established under 29 C.F.R. Part 29, as existing on March 1, 2021; (2) A license that requires the educational equivalent of a bachelor's degree or higher; or (3) A license issued by the State Board of Barber Examiners or the Department of Health regarding cosmetology. Added by Act 2021, No. 811,§ 1, eff. 1/1/2022.
