(a) No person shall advertise as a home inspector or undertake or attempt to undertake the conduct of a home inspection in this state without first having complied with this subchapter. (b) No person who is registered under one (1) name as provided in this subchapter shall engage in business as a home inspector under any other name unless the other name is also registered.
