Arkansas Code § 17-50-109

Enforcement procedure

Whenever the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission has reasonable grounds for believing that there has been a violation of this chapter or any rule adopted under this chapter, the commission may enforce compliance as provided under § 17-50-110 .
