(a) Surveyors shall be personally liable for any damage caused to private property when exercising entry under this subchapter. (b) Surveyors shall forfeit any and all claim for damage or personal injury against the landowner while on such lands or waters unless the damage or injury is caused by the intentional tortious conduct of the landowner or his or her agent.
